Home Made Natural Sports Drink




Though a homemade sports drink might not be the typical remedy, it’s the perfect solution for anyone who is concerned about what they are putting in their body. The main goal is to try to keep the ingredients in the proper balance. 

Ingredients:
4 cups of either coconut water, tea, mineral water or water (your preference)
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/4 teaspoon coral calcium powder
1/2 to 1 cup lemon or lime juice
1-2 tbsp honey

Mix all ingredients in a standard 2 quart container and refrigerate until needed. Shake before dispensing or drinking. You can also double the recipe or more as required.
